1. Offer only available to applicants who apply for a new ANZ Rewards account by 1 June 2010. The double Reward Points offer on eligible purchases using your ANZ Rewards account only applies for the first 3 months from the date your ANZ Rewards account is approved. An eligible purchase is a purchase made using your ANZ Rewards account excluding cash and cash equivalent transactions. Offer does not apply to Bonus Reward Points offered on purchases. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers or promotions or when you transfer and close other ANZ credit card accounts. 3. Spend on purchases assumes a spend split of 70% on ANZ Rewards Visa card and 30% on ANZ Rewards American Express card, and a $50 Gift Card that requires 9,900 Reward Points.
4. For ANZ Rewards a Total Annual Fee of $89 applies which includes a $34 Annual Account Fee and a $55 Rewards Program Services Fee. For ANZ Rewards Gold a Total Annual Fee of $129 applies which includes a $74 Annual Account Fee and a $55 Rewards Program Services Fee. For additional cardholders an Additional Cardholder Fee of $10 and Rewards Program Services Fee of $55 apply per additional cardholder on the account. 6. To redeem a $50 gift card 9,990 Reward Points are required and this equates to spend of $6,055, assuming spend on purchases within 3 months split 70% on the ANZ Rewards Visa card and 30% on the ANZ Rewards American Express card.
