Important Information: To apply for this credit card you must to be over 18, have a good credit rating and be a permanent resident / citizen of Australia. Earn a minimum taxable income of $50,000 a year, which will need to be verified by Citibank.

Terms & Conditions
Subject to your acceptance you will be billed an annual account fee which is currently $229 for the Primary Emirates Citi Platinum Card, and $90 for an Additional Emirates Citi Platinum Card. Allow up to 15 working days to process your Application subject to verification.
1. An Emirates Citi Platinum cardholder must be a member of Skywards Frequent Flyer Programme to earn Skywards Miles. Membership is free and subject to Skywards terms and conditions. The 3 miles per dollar spend special promotion applies to Retail Purchases up to the value of 10,000 Miles. Cash Advances, Balance Transfers and Special Promotions are excluded from this offer. Cardsholders must apply and spend before the 30 June 2010 to be eligible for this offer. After the 10,000 Miles, Skyward Miles are earned at a rate of 1.5 miles for every dollar spent on Retail Purchases. Up to 150,000 Miles can be earned per annum on the card (from the date of account approval).
A Cardholder must provide their Skywards membership number to Citi in order for the Skyward Miles transfer to occur. Miles are transferred to Cardholder's Skywards account at the end of each statement cycle. Please allow up to 15 days from the end of your statement cycle for miles to be credited into your Skywards account.
2. Emirates Lounges: Emirates Lounge access for the primary cardholder and guest is restricted to limited Australian airports once per annum on purchasing any class of Emirates flight from Australia with the Emirates Citi Platinum Card. Marhaba Lounge: Access to the Marhaba Lounges in Dubai is provided by MasterCard to Emirates Citi Platinum cardholders and is subject to the terms and conditions specified by MasterCard and Marhaba at mastercard.com/ae/personal/en/promotions/dubai_airport.html
3. Chauffeur-driven transfers to and from Australian airports to an Emirates flight is restricted to once per annum on purchasing an Emirates flight with your Emirates Citi Platinum Card, trans-Tasman flights and group bookings are excluded. Chauffeur-drive is provided by Emirates and their authorized third parties to Emirates Citi Platinum Cardholders. Citi accepts no liability for this service. For full terms and conditions, please visit www.emirates.com/au. The Emirates Citi Platinum cardholder must be travelling on the booked flight to be eligible for the free chauffer drive service.
4. The 2.9% p.a. interest rate applies to balance transfers with this offer for a period of 12 months. Transferred balances are repaid first. At the end of the balance transfer offer period your interest rate will revert to the Cash Advance Emirates Citi Platinum card interest rate currently 20.74% p.a. The Emirates Citi Clear Platinum Card current standard variable rate is 20.74% p.a. on retail purchases. Interest rates are variable subject to change and Citibank's Credit Criteria.
