Eligible purchases exclude cash advances (including bills paid over the counter at a bank, financial institution or post office and purchases of travellers cheques) or when the card is used as a debit card to access linked accounts or transactions we decide are wholly or partlyfor a business purpose. Also excludes fees and charges (including government fees and charges), interest charges, transactions which are disputed, fraudulent or involve abuse of your credit card account, payments and purchases which are refunded or reimbursed.
3. The primary cardholder is responsible for all transactions (including transactions on linked accounts) conducted with the additional card(s). Additional cardholder must be aged 16 years and older.

6. Monthly spend on eligible purchases debited to your account in a statement period in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to your NAB Credit Card account. Points are awarded two business days following the issue of your next credit card statement. Bonus points will be credited in accordance with the relevant promotion.
7. You will earn 1 Bonus Point for every dollar charged to your Card Account for the purchase in Australia of the following services directly from Qantas (i.e. where Qantas, and not its agent, is identified as the merchant on the credit card transaction):
• Qantas flights;
• Qantas Club and Qantas Frequent Flyer memberships; and
• Purchases from “Qantas Travel” customer shopfronts.
Unless otherwise notified, Bonus Points will not be earned in relation to purchases from: Qantas Freight; Qantas Holidays Limited; Qantas Business Travel Pty Limited; other businesses or franchisees of Jetset Travelworld Ltd; Qantas Staff Travel; Jetstar Airways Pty Limited; or other Jetstar-branded businesses, or for goods or services supplied by Qantas Frequent Flyer program partners.
8. Special Promotion Balance Transfer Terms and Conditions, available on application, detail the processing and treatment of balance transfer amounts. The cash advance interest rate applicable to your NAB Card Account will apply to balance transfer amounts unpaid after 6 months. The promotional rate for up to six months on balance transfer amounts must be applied for at the point of full credit card application. NAB reserves the right to withdraw this special balance transfer invitation at its discretion.
